After nearly 30 years in the real estate business, I could tell you, deals aren't rare. Every day there's thousands and thousands of properties for sale. It's the discipline to make the right decisions and not overpay, not get excited, and not force myself to buy a deal just because you're sitting on cash. You gotta be patient and buy the right deals or you'll put yourself right out of business. Use good judgment. There's always another deal and keep searching.
